WHEREAS, the Auction Organizer is conducting an auction for various goods, temporary facilities, plant and equipment used in the context of a construction project in Doha (Qatar);
WHEREAS, the Participants have expressed interest in participating in the auction, the Auction Organizer wishes to establish the terms and conditions governing involvement of the Participant(s);
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Auction Process:
1.1 The Auction Organizer shall conduct the auction in a fair, transparent, and impartial manner.
1.2 The auction shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures set by the Auction Organizer.
2. Eligibility and Registration:
2.1 Each Participant must meet the eligibility criteria (if any) set forth by the Auction Organizer to participate in the auction.
2.2 Participants shall register their intent to participate by completing the registration process as specified by the Auction Organizer at the following address:

2.3 The Auction Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its discretion.
3. Confidentiality:
3.1 Participants shall treat all information obtained during the auction process as confidential and shall not disclose it to any unauthorized third parties.
3.2 Participants shall use any confidential information solely for the purpose of participating in the auction.
4. Bid Submission:
4.1 Participants shall submit their bids in accordance with the auction rules and within the specified timeframe displayed on the Auction Organizer's website:

4.2 Bids shall be binding and irrevocable upon submission, except as otherwise specified by the auction rules and/or as otherwise agreed by the Auction Organizer at its sole discretion.
5. Evaluation and Award:
5.1 The Auction Organizer shall evaluate the bids based on the criteria outlined in the auction rules.
5.2 The Auction Organizer reserves the right to reject any or all bids, cancel or terminate the auction process at any time, or modify the auction rules as deemed necessary.
6. Auction Updates and Announcements:
6.1 The Auction Organizer reserves the right to make updates, announcements, or changes to the auction process, rules, or any other relevant information.
6.2 Participants shall regularly check the auction website or any specified communication channels for such updates and announcements.
7. Dispute Resolution:
7.1 Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith between the Parties.
7.2 If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, they may pursue alternative dispute resolution method, being a referral and settlement by the Qatari competent Court of Justice, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.
9. Participant's Agreement and Acceptance:
By registering and participating in the auction, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Participant further acknowledges that their acceptance constitutes a valid and binding agreement to abide by these terms and conditions.
